CVPS (cvps.solutions), FlashValet (flashparking.com/valet), SMS Valet (smsvalet.com), and SYNC (syncparking.com) run the stand: ticketless claim checks, text-to-retrieve, payments and validations, damage photos at intake, and integrations into hotel PMS and garage PARCS systems.

They digitize the ticket, not the car. None of them touch vehicle telemetry, Tesla authorization, or custody evidence, because that was never the job they set out to do. GuestLot sits next to them. Most operators should run both.

What these systems are genuinely good at

A valet operation lives on throughput and on the guest experience at two moments: dropping off and getting the car back. That is the problem this category solved, and it solved it well enough that the paper ticket is gone from most serious stands. Anyone still running a cardboard stub and a shouted radio call has a bigger gap in their operation than anything on this page.

Where the ticket ends and the car begins

A valet system records that a car arrived, that an attendant took it, and that a guest asked for it back. It does not record what the car did in between. Those are different questions, and only the second one comes up when a guest calls on Monday about a scratch, a mileage difference, or a charge on their Tesla account.

That last line is not false modesty. An operator with no ticketing system has an operations problem; an operator with no custody record has a risk problem, and risk problems only bill you occasionally — which is exactly what makes them easy to ignore until the night they do.
